your computer sounds like it has a error during POST ( power on self test)
check all your components for proper connectivity
blow out the inside with can of air...build up in components , especially memory ..can be a real nuisance !
check all your drivers , don't use the check driver update easy button, physically visit each website to the hardware and D.L. each individaul driver update
clean out all your cookies
