Have you heard of google. Well it's a wonderful thing. Allows you to search the internet for all sorts of stuff. I plugged in defendersiteblock and came back with a link to your post on eggxpert and also the first link returned a link on how to remove it.

Remove Defendersiteblock If that link doesn't work for you then google some more.
