I'm sorry if this post is in the wrong place but I have real concerns and you guys seem to be "on the ball" so here we go....I purchased an Ikonik Ra x10 liquid case from newegg on the 14th of October,and I had it here on the 20th-kudos to the 'egg.I've been trying to get in touch with Ikonik support since the 21st, I was first concerned about their back plate for the 1366 water cooler,but have since resolved that issue. My worry now is the total lack of response from Ikonik.They have a support page on their website that you can fill out and submit and a long phone number for their office in Taipei,but no e-mail address.I'm not sure if my request for support even went thru from their web page.The case is beautiful and well constructed but I havent got around to firing it up yet,but it also has a "SIM" that manages the fans and pump for the liquid cooling that I would like to have support for in the future.Has anyone out there ever had any experience with this company?An "real" e-mail address perhaps?To be honest,I've never called a asian phone number-never needed to,how crazy are the prices on such calls?Thanks in advance for any help.
