I have not had experience with your combination, but I have had experience with the Zalman coolers. The design approach is to make it as universal as possible, which sometimes makes the attachment process a little clumsy. However, the performance is very respectable once installed. This particular model should work fine for your board. The low profile coolers sometimes will interfere with some of the tall, nearby components, but yours will not be a problem.
The other item to watch is the fit in your case.
