Can I reuse this power supply for my new build?

Can I reuse this power supply for my new build?

Trying to assemble a budget system with the following components:

    MB: ASUS M4A785TD-V EVO

    CPU:  Athlon II X4 620

    MEM: 4GB

    HD: SATA x1

    CD/DVD: x2

I would like to reuse my old power supply -- a good quality PC POWER & COOLING 410 watt (w/ 23amps on a single +12v rail).  I would need to get a 20pin -> 24 pin adapter for the main power connector but the existing 4 pin +12v ATX power connector would work just fine.

Would this arrangement work?  Am I trying (as usual) to be too cheep?  Or should I just suck it up and spring for a new power supply?

    All replies appreciated (flames included).

Should work fine as long as you don't add a power-hungry video card.

Indeed, I want to go without an add-on video card.  Should that change and I decided to add a vid card later, I would upgrade the PSU at that time.

    Thanks for your reply.
