    processor overload

so i was looking to see if you guys could help me out, im trying to stream my desktop over justin.tv, more specifically stream my gameplay of games, but when i do my computer gets massive lag, and im sure its cause of my cpu, and task manager shows i was using 100%, both cores at its max, i have an intel duo core 2.5Ghz E5200 Wolfdale (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819116072&cm_re=e5200-_-19-116-072-_-Product), i was wondering what processor do you need to handle live streaming? could i just overclock? is 2.5Ghz bad? when i bought it i thought it was pretty up there to handle a lot

i also know its not my internet or my video card (Radeon HD 4890)

Try turning down your game resolution..

    Onboard RAID vs. 3Ware RAID

I never recommend people run RAID-5 with onboard chipsets.

    Re: processor overload

So maybe a Quad core will be better but know little about the live streaming.
