Hi Guys,

I bought this refurb router from Newegg.com but i didnt get the installation cd with that in the package. Can someone help me find the software online so that i shall be saved from the hassle of sending this router back. I already contacted Netgear for the software and they said that they dont give free support to refurb products. Please help me.

Well thats what the pitfalls of buying refurb gear is. You don't get support and you usually end up with missing items.

I suggest in the future staying away from the refurb stuff. You can set the router up manually by following the instructions in the manual but more then likely that is missing too. So see if netgears site has a downloadable manual and use that.

I have been looking all over online because of my refurb as well, and the only thing I could come up with is this website.

It has the user and setup manuals  in pdf, but like the previous guy, there is no software online for the router.
