Is this HDD any good?

I found this card for a good price at a local store and was thinking about getting it. And I just saw that it was taken off Newegg, any idea why?

Two reasons for it

1. WD will be getting a new product to replace old product

2. NO ETA on when Newegg will get that one back in.

Its going for $70 at best buy and I can get $20 off, so is it worth it? I need to get another HDD because I'm selling my current rig when I can along with the HDD and I want to be able to use Windows 7 when it comes out without having to use my current drive.
