Great for the price
Pros:
Looks good, fits in my entertainment center. Seems to power my 3ghz
core 2 duo with nvidia 9600gt and 2 1tb drives just fine.
Cons:
The video card is literally wedged in against the power supply. the
fans have to be removed to install the motherboard. The front panel
LEDs are not well secured and will fall out.
Other Thoughts:
This computer shipped with the power supply turned off. You have to
remove the front panel to turn the power supply on. Measure everything
before you buy. the specs say that it will support a 9 inch card, which
it will if you pry the back of the computer back to allow the bracket
to clear as you are installing.

I heard the 9600 is pretty good for gaming, or at least decent. I like to stick to ATI cards but you can always google a comparison.
Reasons to get Windows 7:
Snap to maximize windows
Formatting huge hard drives
It's Vista but better
The ASUS M4A78-E sucks, don't get it.
