So I recently built my first computer and it seemed like a great success. That is until it came down to getting onto the internet.  I was wondering if anybody had any ideas where I could find a driver for a linksys wireless usb adapter WUSB54GC that is compatible with my 64 bit Windows 7 package.  If not, I guess I'll have to buy a new router, but I was hoping that somebody on here had run into this problem.

I have already downloaded all of the driver updates from microsoft and I'm not sure where to head from here. Help please! I have my computer set up on the coffee table in my living room because the internet hook up is completely inacessable.  Hence my need for a wireless set up.

Try right clicking the install file and selection "properties", go to the compatibility mode tab, and tell it to run in compatibility mode for an OS you know it works in, then try installing it.

I am going to be travelling the next few days so I can't try this workaround just yet.  I will let you know as soon as I can give it a shot on Sunday.  Thanks for your help.
