    Hmm [^o)] Why did my order ship from the RMA warehouse?

    Hi EggXperts!

    Recently some concerns have been raised by Newegg customers who receive their shipment(s) and notice that the Return Address on the shipping label is the address of our dedicated RMA (returns) facility in Whittier, CA:

    9997 East Rose Hills Rd.
    Whittier, CA 90601-1701

    Fear not -- this does not mean that your products were actually shipped from our RMA warehouse!
    Also, this does not mean that you're receiving an open-box, refurbished, or previously-returned item.

    To streamline our RMA handling process for refused and undeliverable packages, the return address for all US shipments has been reverted to our RMA facility in Whittier, CA. This means that even if your product shipped from New Jersey, Tennessee, or a different warehouse in California, the return address will still be the Whittier location shown above.

    If anyone has questions or concerns, please feel free to post a response!

    That's great to know, I just figured my last 100 or so orders we just returned 2nd-rate items that some slub had their paws all over.

    Yup Yup so don't fear anything, if you ordered a retail item you will be getting a brand new item.
