I have an HP L7780. Getting error messages. Tried troubleshooting with HP.com and they couldn't fix the problem. They told me to call the place of purchase (egghead.com). Do you offer technical support? or is HP just trying to shove it off on somebody else.
Also I have an email receipt dated 12/16/08.
HP online warranty status says it ran out on 8-23-09. But isn't is suppose to be a year from PURCHASE???
Please let me know where I should go for technical support and possible warranty fix/replacement. Thank you.
