If it has an HDMI port then you have two [maybe more] options:
- Get an DVI-to-HDMI converter/cable
- Get a new graphics card with and native HDMI output [this is optional if you have a DVI port already]
For the most part, LCD TVs and LCD monitors are almost the same. With ATI and Nvidia graphics card you can scale the screen size to match the proportions appropriately.
