Benniebill:I am needing a good monochrome laser mfc printer/fax/scanner/copier for home office. It will not be used extensively probably once or twice a day. I do not need any networking/wireless capabilities. I'm willing to spend
$200 or $300. Anybody have any recommendations? I'm kind of leaning to a Brother 7440n
Those Brother MFC's are pretty good printers. I run into them a lot at work and don't have too many issues. People are generally pretty happy with them. The ones people complain the most about are the Dell laser printers. I'd say you should be good to go with the 7440n.
