    first one has "Forte Manager", second one doesnt

    but the second one has an anti-glare feature while the first one doesnt

    It's bundled software for LCD spec and viewing settings. Part of the Flatron engine mon chip.

    Bought one for a client, checked it out, seemed pretty good, nothing major though.
