I'm trying to get ahold of a Firewire card with a Texas instruments Chipset for a PCI express slot in a desktop PC. Full size bracket. It needs to have at least one external 6 pin firewire slot. I don't know whether that's 1394 or 1394a.
The purpose is to connect an M-Audio firewire solo
It's a finger length PCI slot with one gap. It's not the tiny thumbnail size PCI slot.
It must be compatible with my motherbaord. The Texas Instruments chipset is essential.
