digital Point n Shoot

I'm getting tired of my Sony DSC-N1 (I know, it's from a while ago, but it did take some good pix).

What consumer-level camera has the best lens / photo quality?

Canon Powershot A series will be okay.

Actually I think most of the Point and shoot camera will be not bad.
