This is absolute horse berries there buddy. just to be able to show the brevity of how much I order personally (I run a build and support business), I just checked my account, I have 104 orders in this year (2009) alone, more in previous years, and have not had not one serious issue. A few shipments maybe took a day extra, but nothing of this sort. I think if there were really issues, I'd know. We know you're PO'd about your order, but please don't yank peoples chains with bias fodder. Like I said, I've been on this forum for quite a while now, and I don' recall an eggsaver getting redirected like that. So again, your sentiment is not only biased, it's nonsense.

There have been some RMA events in the past, like any other reseller, and NE has gone out of its way to keep this hardware junkie happy.
