Its been 10 days, do we get ten hints?
The V shaped building looks like either a Hilton hotel or a Hospital (H on the roof.) But there is not enough parking unless the central structure is a parking garage. Lack of a view of anything but a parking deck and no pool rules out the hotel. There are some long white vehicles that could be buses or trucks. I am going to guess a medical school.
There is very little shadow on what looks to be 4 and 5 story buildings but the smoke stacks in the lower left are clearly casting a shadow, so it is not near the equator. Lack of adobe (red) roofs say that it is not in an Southern Spanish speaking place and not Europe. The US is a good bet. The roads are pretty wide and the blocks square so its probably a bigger city but not a really old city like on the east coast. Vegetation is lush and green so not southwest. It does appear to be a University but there are no older ivy covered buildings so this might be a downtown campus of a larger University.
