last week, Yahoo Music announced the company would stop issuing authorization keys for the software that prevents its songs from being copied, It reminds me of the similar announcement made by Microsoft's MSN music service last spring. So here the question is It has happened to Microsoft and Yahoo. Could it happen to Apple? Will it be hard?

That's why Apple sells iTunes Plus songs (DRM free). or you'd just burn them to disc and re-rip them. yes you lose quality, but no one really cares that much.
