    CATV on my PC monitor

    Hello all --

I want to get Cable TV service to my PC monitor. I'll need a switch to go between CATV signal and CPU signal. What should I get? My monitor has digital, analog and video inputs. Newegg has "HDMI" switches. Is this what I need? Thx

it doesn't work that way....you'll notice HDTVs with the same specs as computer monitors are more expensive because they include a TV tuner. You'll need to buy one and install it in your tower

If you have a cable box you just need an rgb to vga cable and it should plug right in to both. If you don't have a cable box then mrbiggums is correct you will need to install a tuner card into your pc.
