I really miss Trigun. That was by far one of the best Anime series I have seen. A man who has very deep emotional thoughts, carries a heavy burden, stays incredible up-beat for the most part.. and has a gun arm... Whats missing from this?

 Well, hotter girls... both of the girls were bleh.

 I also miss Gundam Wing... I know alot of people hated that series... But I really like it. The best of all of the gundam series aside from 00079

I am also a fan of Trigun and Gundam Wing. I really enjoy all of the gundams but some times have to hide the fact that I like wing for fear of being flamed to death lol.

If your a fan of emo people with super cool arms you may also want to check out scryed and full metal alchemist. Personally i think scryed feels like it's for an older audience were full metal can at some times feel like a kids show, but they are both pretty good.

If you want a deep thinking anime I would recommend death note i just finished all the Japanese audio English subed epps and it was great (english dubbed version stops short. It's possible they just haven't finished up all of the dubs yet, or they didn't like the way it ended so they forgot about the other season lol) 

Actually I love FMA as well, I own the entire series on DVD and movie. As for Scryed, it was ok, I wasn't that huge of a fan though. i wanted to watch deathnote, but Im usaully out and about when its on. So haven't had a chance.. that I almost refuse to watch Adult Swim.

Deathnote is one of my current favorites. I hated the ending but if you only watch the English dubbed versions it stops way before  things start to go down hill. It's not often i am interested by an anime without cool fight scenes lol

Maybe you could find a rental of it or something. I know last time I saw it at best buy it was rather pricey even by anime standards.

Hey, you got someone else right here!  Wing was awesome, the only other Gundam show I found even marginally interesting was Gundam Seed.

Trigun, Scryed, and FMA are all great.  I doubt I would like the Death Note anime.  I tried to read the manga, but I was just so bored I gave it up.

Started watching my old Kenshin dvds the other day.  Great show, until the 3rd season anyway.

Kenshin was pretty awsome as well.

 

And agreed, the only Gundam animes I liked were the Original 0079 and wing. Mobile Fighting G Gundam was alright, but the characters were kind of over the top at times.. "BUUUUURNING GUNDAAAAAAM!.

I also kind of liked Escaflowne, but that wasn't really a gundam series =P
