Well I ordered a case fan Monday night and wanted it here before the weekend and now its not looking like that will happen. If it doesnt ship out today then UPS wont have it here until Monday of next week. Usually when I order parts or something the item ships out before 12 there time and it gets here the usual 3 days later. This is kinda redicoulous considering I payed $7 for shipping ( UPS ground makes it even worse ) on a $15 fan that wieghs less than a pound. Can someone take a look and tell me what is going on?

almost the same exact issue with mine.  I  placed two orders Saturday. One has already shown up VIA UPS but the other  still hasn't left newegg yet.  With the 4th of July coming, it may end up waiting over a week before it shows up. That'll be 9 days total if it shows up by monday.  Not exactly what im used to when ordering from Newegg. id like to at least know what happened.

Ok guys the people who usually take care of this stuff are out of town on a Business trip IE sj1dog and JasOn and I have no idea who is supposed to be doing their job while their gone but if you call the customer service department at 1-800-390-1119 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm PST and be polite they are there to help and know nothing about whats going on till you explain it to them I am sure they can take care of your problems to your satisfaction.

Well as I expected it wont make it here before the weekend and now I have to wait till monday... emailed CS and got the usual I'm sorry for inconvenience bull c**p, the CS agent tried to blame it on UPS when it was Neweggs fault for not getting it shipped out in time and still using ground. I hope one of the regular guys comes back soon because they always do good with these kind of situations.

Well, after a count, IMO, ur order doesn't delay. kk, u placed ur order on Monday night. then newegg needs 24-48 hours to process the order. (7/1 or 7/2). if u choose ups 3 days, then it will arrive on 7/7. (they don't process orders during weekends and holidays. 7/4 Independence Day) XD

Update? Did the order deliver to you? What was the delay, if any?

Arrived monday, but a good point was brought up that ups doesn't deliver on holidays. On a side note the fan arrived and worked great for a couple hours and now makes a wierd noise on medium and I just can't seem to find the time to RMA it, nor do I wan't to pay shipping back for a defective item. I made the RMA request (replacement) a few days back, but if I ship out now it wont get there in time I believe. I just run the thing on low right now :)
