On June 28 I ordered basically every computer parts I need to build my first rig. It's my first time building a PC, so the parts I selected wasn't perfect. I

had to make changes after much reading and researching. I decided to cancel my first ever order at Newegg and start a new one. The next day my

bank's auto alert service notified me of an irregular activity on my card. Much to my surprise, Newegg is charging me the total amount of my first order, a

canceled order. What's going on here? this is bizarre.

According to my experience, you just need to wait for 3 to 5 business days for Newegg to refund you. If your order has been step 3, probably you have been charged. However, you still need to confirm if your order has been cancelled or not. Once you order has been cancelled, you will be refunded shortly, like i said, normally 3 to 5 business days for your bank to make the funds available. plz rest assured that, take it easy!
