Called Newegg's CS Monday to see if they could change my replacement on a DOA PSU to a refund so I could utilize a promo code and save an additional $10 on the PSU I wanted, no problem they would take care of it right away. Then I went on-line and reordered the PSU and that went just as smoothly as their CS care, then they get it to step 5 and shipped by Tuesday morning and I'll get it Thursday. Now why others have such bad luck with their orders I can not say but as long as Newegg keeps treating me the way they do I'll keep on ordering from them and give them the Kudos they so richly deserve.
