Newegg Preferred Account decline

    Newegg Preferred Account decline

    Anyone else have this issue today? I ordered something from Newegg using the account. I know my account is ok. When I log in to the NPA website it looks like I'm not logged in, but I am. Then when I go to view my statement it will not go to that page. Right now I'm out of the country would that have any affect on it or is there something wrong with their site?

    Maybe try again later.

    There have been several server issues in the past few days. if it won't go by this time tomorrow I would contact them via chat to make sure.

    Well, I chatted with some girl at NE and she tried to tell me the reason it was decline was due to the addresses not matching. Well I double checked and they match. So, that was a useless chat. There must be something going on with NE Preferred Acc. This isn't the first time I've had a issue with them. They didn't post a payment I made and had to contact Omaha to fix it. Pretty much a pain.

    o-o Sorry to hear ur story. Since ur billing address matches with ur shipping address, then not sure what happened to ur Preferred Account. Hmm...

    That might be a reason?Confused well, just contact the Preferred Account at 888-609-0794 or CIT bank. Good luck. XD

    Not sure why you included this. I've read the blasted thing up and down. Anyway tried to check my account and their system is down. Hopefully my account will let me see my statements next time I log in.
