you sound a bit extravagant- with coolers, i think anything over 60 dollars is way too much

but if youve got a hundred bucks to spend on cooling, the thermalright ultra-120 extreme is your best bet for cpu cooler

it costs about 60 dollars- newegg is always out of stock so look elsewhere

slightly less extravagant is the xigmatek hdt-s1283, which is almost as good as the thermalright, maybe 1-3 degrees warmer but is soo much cheaper- it'll give you the best bang for your buck.

for fans, that depends on whether you want silence or performance

for silence, use the nexus fans: unfortunately newegg doesnt have em but you can get them from endpcnoise.com:

for performance, any fan'll do, look thru newegg's huge fan stocks.

i second the xigmatek if you are on a budget, it is def the best bang for the buck cooler around.(was a better deal when newegg had free shipping on it for a long time)

The Noctua has also received some very good reviews but can be hard to find and when you do it's normally overpriced. But if you really are looking to spend $100 then $60 for a high end heat sink is the norm.
