    This song is my favorite of RHCP....hope you think so~~  But pity, I have never listened to their live concert....

    I googl'd, wiki'd, and can't find the answer.  Must be missing a crucial search term.  Gonna say it's a flute, it just sounds kinda weird.  Maybe just effects...
