not sure it this go's here but i just build my system and when i put in the a dvd and try and play it threw window's media player 11 i get an error

the nero 7 disc i got with my rom drive i got it updated and spent a few hours... messing with it and i FINALY got a dvd to work from it but its only a trial software? how can i get my dvd's playing from window's media player i kept looking in on y it wouldnt work finaly fount my way to having to buy a codec or somthing for dvd's to be read but that shouldnt be right my moms pc we didnt buy nothing extra to play dvds on it?

well i dont know wut to download this is wut the error says

"windows media player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. try installing an update driver for your video card.

 

and btw i have all rdy updated my video card
