    lol that is harsh Kenny. That reminds me of when i matched 3 numbers on a 200 million mega millions ticket. Talk about a let down lol.

    Ok so first things first.  I love newegg!  Ever since my first purchase with them I have been completely satisfied with the way they do business and the way the customers are treated.  After starting to use newegg I noticed all the unbelievable sweepstakes that they had as well.  Giving away wicked gaming rigs and hardware, tvs and now a car!?!?  I thought to myself, what do I have to lose by entering other than a couple of minutes filling out the form.

    Well low and behold I check this week and much to my suprise I won the second prize!  Well at least I think I did.  I don't know any other brian r.'s in canton that enter newegg sweeps other than me so I think I'm good to go.  I emailed the promotions dept at newegg yesterday but have not heard anything back yet, which is actually a little scary since newegg has always been lightning fast at getting back to me.  Anyway, I have won one other sweepstakes at a different site which I got screwed on so hopefully my experience with newegg will be as it is with buying stuff from them...awesome.

    I always want to click on the "See if You've Won" picture... If I'm not mistaken it was originally a button.
    Reasons to get Windows 7:
    Snap to maximize windows
    Formatting huge hard drives
    It's Vista but better

    The ASUS M4A78-E sucks, don't get it.

    Why isn't the promotion on Newegg.com anymore. It took me 20 minutes to find any information about it and it was only on this forum, and I had to google it. I searched Newegg.com and they don't have a sweepstakes page or any reference to the promotion anymore.

    The sweepstakes is still going, and sign-ups are still open 'til June 30th.

    Some of the banners and promotional images have been cycled off the Newegg front page to make room for some other offers we have, but they'll be back up for a few days before the contest entry period ends.

    I got an email saying I was the week 5 winner.  I couldn't believe it and since there is nothing on the Newegg site any longer, I thought it I might be victim of a Phishing email.

    Checked EggXpert and found my name on the list here.  Whoo Hoo!  thanks Newegg!!

    thanks for the offer, but they did respond and in fact sent the link to this thread as proof.  They said they will post on newegg.com on 7/7 (I'm guessing after they pick the car winner).

    OH come on cali! just one more time... I would kill for a free RX-8 right as im transferring to a four year college... how sick would it be drivin that all.. 30ft between classes.. :)

     

    thats on my list of cars... i would love a nissan gt-r but well, thats not on the list heh.
