  • HELP!..... Source:Kernel-Power???

I recently recieved an order from Newegg for a new gaming PC rig. After carefully assembling it, I successfully loaded Windows 7 64bit and installed Call of Duty 4 on it. When playing multiplayer online for about 10 minutes, the OS locks up and I am forced to use the reset button on the tower. I get the following critical message in the event viewer's Administrative Events: "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. Source:Kernel-Power" This has happened about five times now, and I've ruled out some obvious things like; The Operating System, All drivers/patches/bios are current, No overclocking/tweaks ever applied to anything. According to the error message above, I think it may be the CPU or graphics card since they are the only things with a processor. However, I don't think it's the power supply since it doesn't shut down the system.  The following list details my rig, less the DVD drive.  Please let me know what needs replacement ASAP!
