Why the low Windows score on HDD?

I recently completed a new build and ran the Windows 7 experience test. Every thing came up high 7's but my HDD. This is puzzling because its a complete new build with fresh install of Windows 7 64bit home premium. Here are the specs:

Asus P6X58D-E mobo with bios and build date 3/24/2010

6Gb Corsair XMP DDR3 1600

intel corei7 930 cpu @ 2.83Ghz

Western digital caviar black 1TB SATA 3 plugged into one of the 2 SATA3 6Gb ports

XFX Radeon HD5970 video card (no overclocking)

Coolermaster Hyper 212+

Coolermaster Haf 932 case

X-Fi Fatal!ty Champion Series PCI-e x1 sound card

My HDD only scores a 5.9 . I don't understand? Got any suggestions or comments? By the way I purchased all this from NewEgg and this is my 4th build thanks for the great service!
