Hello

Friends believe that these might intel wrong at this stage have better performance than the CPU AMD but for how long, surely amd is developing cpu core graphics ati if this is true intel in serious long-term problems.

besides the president nvidia already recognizes that intel will have long-term problems that simply can not do their cpu faster ...

Intel/Nvidia is winning this battle but the war is about to take a sharp turn to an entirely different type of technology that will once again level the playing field.

Processors combining/powering graphics sounds all well and good, but when are either Intel or AMD gonna do a proc that is 4 or 5 GHz out of box before OC?! I'm always power-hungry...am I the only one? I doubt it! I keep thinking that AMD/ATI have some aces up their sleeve but whatever they are doing they are losing AMD/ATI die-hard fans because they are taking too long. Meanwhile they are losing money...whatever the hell it is they better change and rock some worlds and soon!! I know that the HD4000 series graphics are on their way so I hope it closes the gap between ATI and nVidia because I enjoy the price wars that ensue when the two companies are closer to outdoing each other...same with AMD/Intel.

Seems t me the last thing Intel would want is AMD to go by the way side. They're getting slapped with Sherman Act suits left and right as it is. What happens if they're the last maker standing? Besides as soon as I get my Uni-core 10nm architecture die to be stable past 6.0 Ghz, Intel's in for a suprise!!!!

i like Amd real well and they have had solid fast products. I am currently running an amd64 6000x2 with 3 gigs of hyperx kingston, dual 400 gig hard drives and an EVGA GT7950KO video card and have no complaints at all. my linux box is a 2800Barton core with a gig and a half of ram, a 320 gig hard drive nice nvidia video. My laptop Asus lamborgini has t7400 dual core and is the fastest laptop I have ever seen. It also has Nvidia graphics. I think AMD made a terrible mistake buying ATI. Hopefully it will not be their undoing as they are behind in technology and speed, but we also have to remember they started in the rear a long time ago and look how far they have come is such a short time. I think they have the ability to shock the world I just hope it shows up before many give up on them.

Ageia physics are not really my concern, advanced technology is. My bottom line is that Intel is better than AMD and nVidia is better than ATI right now. I want the companies to be outdoing each other as they used to. However I cannot find a better mobo than DFI LP for 790FX chipset to run my Phenom proc. This is sad. While my EVGA mobo and E8400 blow it away. Likewise with graphics, my 9800's blow away my 3870's. The only thing that AMD/ATI are "king" of is price. When the companies are closer in competition then price wars happen also. We then see the almighty Intel as well as nVidia lowering their prices to compete in sales. However when Intel holds its place as "king" too long as they have it's as if they are saying "We have the best product hands down so we can charge however much we want." This sickens me... nVidia has not been AS greedy but would be closer in price to ATI if they were closer in capability. When comparing benchmarks with games I always see nVidia on top. As soon as they lose the throne to ATI they gain it right back. When ATI loses the throne to nVidia it seems like forever before they gain it back. Things were not always this way. I can't remember the last time AMD was really king. Being patient is one thing...being left in the dust though is just embarassing.
