Hooking up Logitech x540 Surround to my HP dv9000 laptop. Want optimum audio out of 5 speakers.
3 external ports available (not color-coded): one Microphone, one Headphone and one S/PDIF. 3 jacks from Logitech: one green, one orange, one black. Instructions say to determine if sound card is 2 channel: 4 channel: or more. Don't know. Anyone know which connection config will work best?
