After my first run at these adjustments and a modest over clocking I saw a 22% improvement in memory latency and a 3.5% increase in memory bandwidth. I plan to go back and do some more tighening on my settings once I get the time.

I'm running;

Athlon x2 4600+ 2.75ghz (250x11 1.4v)

Corsair CMS2 DDR2800 5-5-5-18-2T 1.9v

Asus M2N-E (250x4)

Latency of 44ns in Everest Ultimate Edition 2007 (stock 55.4ns)

Bandwidth of about 9.6gb/s in Sandra
