Also, you may want to add "Case" as one of those things on the main list...They may not remember to list it under Misc Items/Components...

Good questions guys. As for self-moderation, I believe we're going to try and have someone in there as much as we can. Conversations will be logged & searchable, but for chat admins only. ;)
